<p class=MsoNormal>In the midst of all the confusion caused by unplanned power
outages in both Engineering buildings and other buildings on campus , there is
an important announcement regarding Exchange email mailboxes I need to make you
all aware of. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>The campus exchange email server that we use had just been
upgraded from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007. This means that all
mailboxes that currently reside on Exchange 2003 server will have to be
migrated to Exchange 2007 Server.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'>Your
Exchange mailbox will be moved to the new Exchange 2007 server this Friday
evening, <i>August 12,</i> 2010. <b>The move should be seamless to you</b>.
We <b>do recommend</b> emptying your Deleted Items folder and closing Outlook
before leaving for the weekend. When you come back to work next week,
just open Outlook and view your email as usual. If you have to check your
email this weekend, just make sure you close your email when you’re finished
so the changes will have a chance to take place. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
