the furlough day, Dr. Carlucci said the idea came out of the faculty senate
survey. A faculty pointed out that the furlough
day is not very high on the faculty survey list. He didn't mind to
have the furlough day as long as the others recommendations in the survey have
been considered. Another faculty suggested that they don't mind to
have more furlough days if they could keep some of the key staff they are
