[CCoE Notice] Weather-Related Closure - Impact on Instruction

Dear Engineering Faculty,

Because of the weather emergency caused by Tropical Storm Nicholas, the University has officially closed as of 3pm today (Monday, Sept 13) through tomorrow (Tuesday, Sept 14).



For clarity, because the University is officially closed, ALL class instruction (both face-to-face and online classes) have been cancelled during this time.



As such, during the time which the University is officially closed, not only are all classes cancelled, but so are all class-related activities including class assignments and/or class tests scheduled during this period.



Additional information concerning approaches available to faculty instructors in addressing the course materials and activities missed during the closure will be forthcoming from the Office of the Provost as soon as possible.
