Happy Mental Health Awareness Month!

During Mental Health Awareness Month:

  *   CAPS continues to operate primarily via Teletherapy (phone or video-call appointments). Call 713-743-5454 between 8:30 am – 4 pm to initiate services.
  *   Limited on-campus appointments are offered at our Health 2 location BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, for: 1) Individuals in acute crisis or 2) Individuals without access to technology or privacy. Masks are required for on-campus appointments.
  *   Self-help is available on demand via Coogs Conquer (C2) Series<https://www.uh.edu/caps/outreach/coogsconquer/>
  *   A free resource to support faculty/staff mental health offered by CAPS is Let's Talk. Click here for more information<https://uh.edu/caps/outreach/lets-talk/>.
