Last year and this year has truly been unorthodox to say the least.  With so many uncertainties having to be faced, we understand this can cause worry and anxiety.  Let’s get together and discuss some of these issues and check on each other.

Women of PROMES, EWB, and UH CAPS invites you to join us to discuss some important issues we are all facing today.

Topic Description:

Racial tension in America has reignited long-overdue conversations about anti-black & anti-immigrant racism in America. Learn about and understand the impact of racial trauma and how to cope and/or support those affected by racially traumatic events.  In addition, living in a pandemic that has produced many uncertainties in how education is delivered and availabilities of internships and other employment opportunities, take time to understand the worries and effects of uncertainty. Practice ways to cope with ups and downs of anxiety.
