Dear Cullen College Faculty,

If you plan on re-opening your lab per Chancellor Khator's email:

Please make sure you:

  1.  visit the link below to review very important guidance from UH and the Division of Research (DOR):

  2.  Email egrrsrch at uh.edu to indicate your intent to re-open your lab, Email Subject: FirstName LastName Plans to reopen, Email body of message: room and bldg numbers
  3.  Complete the required forms accessible from the DOR webpage shown in item 1 above
  4.  Complete required training (PI and all personnel on the required forms) from AccessUH - T.A.P.
  5.  Review guidance from UH Environmental health and safety (EHS):

The steps in items 1 through 5 are necessary for every faculty member regardless of whether your research is numerical or experimental and covers the PI and any of their team members that plan to resume research activities on campus.

Stay Home Work Safe is still in effect. The only personnel that can be on campus are those that have received approval for re-opening research and/or those who are on the 'Essential Personnel List'.
