[CCoE Notice] Laboratory Emergency Procedures and Contacts Form - Urgent Action Needed Now

Dear Cullen College of Engineering Faculty,

If you have not sent us your forms for your labs, please do so immediately and definitely before the end of business today. The form is attached again for your convenience.

If you are on campus and able to complete the shut-down procedures listed on the form, please do so, email us a copy of the completed forms for each lab, and post the completed forms on your lab doors.

If you are not on campus and/or unable to complete the shut down procedures, we will work with facilities support and complete the process for your labs but we still need your form today.
