Dear Cullen College Faculty:

In the event of a large-scale COVID-19 outbreak, the University of Houston will attempt to reduce the spread of infection by cancelling all in-person, face-to-face classes and limiting face-to-face, one-on-one instruction until such time as it is advisable to return to campus. Should we face a large-scale outbreak, as an alternative to conducting in-person, face-to-face classes, the University of Houston will require all faculty instructors to teach their current spring 2020 classes employing a remote, online format.

We are offering 1-hour training sessions for remote teaching starting tomorrow, Monday at noon.

If you have not taught an online class before at UH, your attendance is mandatory.

The currently scheduled sessions are:

Monday, March 9: 12-1 pm, 1-2 pm, 2-3 pm, 3-4 pm

Tuesday, March 10: 9-10 am, 10-11 am, 11-12 pm, 2-3 pm, 3-4 pm

We will schedule additional sessions on subsequent days, as needed. Each session has a capacity of 28, so faculty need to sign up using the following link:
