[CCoE Notice] CCE COVID-19 Community Update

Dear Engineering Faculty, Staff and Students,


As we continue to see an increase in COVID-19 cases in Harris county, the risk of contracting or being exposed to the virus on or off campus becomes even greater. The university has received a large volume of inquiries regarding the proper protocol for reporting positive cases, potential exposure, and the process for returning to campus upon completion of self-quarantine/self-isolation. The resources below contain all current protocols for how to handle these situations:

And lastly, if you have a fever, cough or any of the other coronavirus symptoms, you might have COVID-19. Do not come to class or work; do not participate in any campus activities or come to campus. Please keep an eye out for future CCE COVID-19 Community Updates and continue to stay vigilant, cautious and safe.
