[CCoE Notice] Appointment of Dr. Tracy Butler as College Research Administrator (RA)

Dear Cullen College of Engineering Faculty,



I am pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Tracy Butler as a College Research Administrator (RA) in our College Office of Sponsored Research. Dr. Butler joined us on February 24 and will be working to assist you with proposal preparation and submission.



Dr. Butler received her bachelor degree in Spanish from John Carrol University, her masters degree in Latin American Studies from Ohio University, and her doctorate degree in History from the University of Houston in 2016. She brings with her a wealth of experience in grant preparation and sponsored research having served as a grants and foundations administrator for a private institution in the Texas Medical Center. In addition to her experience as a Research Administrator, Dr. Butler has extensive experience as a legal and technical writer and has taught courses in the Department of History at UH as instructional faculty.
