Dear Cullen College Faculty:



The CCOE Office of Sponsored Research has recently experienced high turnover.  In order to maintain quality service and continue to meet proposal deadlines, your cooperation will be greatly appreciated.  Please observe the following guidelines if you plan to submit a proposal in the short term:



•        E-mail – All proposal related inquiries and notifications should be sent to the Engineering Grants Office ategrgrant at central.uh.edu<mailto:egrgrant at central.uh.edu>.



•        Deadlines – To assure a timely submission, it is essential to notify the Engineering Grants Office at leasttwo weeks in advance of the deadline. If subcontracts are participating, then the office will requirea four week lead time.  Submissions with advanced notifications and sufficient details provided (e.g., abstract, budget, access, points of contact) will be prioritized.
