[CCoE Notice] Summer Parking Hours

Good Morning!

Summer parking hours are going into effect on Monday, May 13 and will run through Sunday, August 11. Current parkers who have a valid permit for the 2018-2019 academic year (including Remote Campus and Evening/Weekend permits) can park in any on-campus student or faculty/staff ungated surface lot.  Reserved spaces, 20-minute loading zones, parking meters, visitor parking areas, gated lots and disabled spaces are NOT included in this program and enforcement will continue in these areas. Anyone parking in a visitor area, including meters, are required to pay to park.

We encourage all parkers to take advantage of the summer parking program as the Cougar Line shuttle service will operate on the following reduced schedule:

SC/Remotes campus                 6am to 6pm

PGH/Remote Campus               7am to 6pm

Circulator 1                                 7am to 6pm

Circulator 2                                 7am to 6pm

SC/Zone D                                  no service – Circulator routes will serve SC/Zone D

PGH/Zone E                               no service - Circulator routes will serve PGH/Zone E

The Cougar Ride after-hours shuttle service will operate from 6pm to 3am 7 days a week.  You can request a ride through the RideSystems app.  Cougar Rides offers service between existing shuttle stops, plus the M.D. Anderson Library and Moody Towers/CV1 (there will be no service Sunday, May 26; Monday, May 27; or Thursday, July 4).

Please make sure that no matter which lot you park in, you ALWAYS display your parking permit!  We also encourage you to stay current by following UHParking on social media.
