Hi All,

Thanks so much for signing up to participate in the upcoming Chevron Girls Engineering the Future STEM Day on March 30th.  Please click on the link above to access the google file to access the student organization and lab forms.  These forms will allow you to fill in the additional information we need regarding your activities.  Please follow the instructions below.

Student Organization

·         Open the Organization Activities doc

·         Find your name and fill in the blanks for your activities

·         If your name/organization is not listed, please add it to the list and include the information needed

·         If you need ideas for activities, please open the miscellaneous activities doc.  If you choose an activity, please put your name next to it here and then register it on the Student Org doc.

·         If you need assistance with supplies, please provide that info in the Supplies tab.

Lab Tours/Demonstrations – I know I’ve spoken to or heard from many of you regarding your participation but to avoid any mistakes on my part, I have left the form blank for you to fill in the details.
