[CCoE Notice] Volunteers Needed to Help Cougar Card Office at Move-in, First Week of Classes

Dear UH Family,

The Cougar Card Office<http://www.uh.edu/af-university-services/cougarcard/> needs volunteers to help distribute Cougar Cards to students during move-in weekend and the first week of class!

Staff, faculty and students are welcome and encouraged to sign up for one or more volunteer shifts. The signup form can be found here<http://bit.ly/CougarCardVolunteers>.

Move-in Weekend

Residential move-in will be taking place Aug. 14-17. Volunteers are needed at the main check-in location at TDECU Stadium, where a full Cougar Card ID station and pre-printed distribution area will be set up.

Cougar Card staff will be operating the station, but will need volunteers to work the distribution table (Express Line), serve as a runner between the two areas, and assist with distributing the cards that are printed onsite.

First Week of Class

During the first four days of the fall semester (Aug. 19-22), volunteers are needed to help Cougar Card staff with a variety of tasks, including monitoring the customer lines, issuing the cards, and working the distribution line.

The Cougar Card Office and all of its employees greatly appreciate everyone who is able to pitch in and help during this very busy but exciting time. Thank you Coogs!
