FRIENDLY REMINDER!


The Cullen College of Engineering along with EAA & Fluor are hosting the 2018 Engineering Homecoming Event this Saturday at Cullen College of Engineering Pit/lawn.  As many of you know, this is a special event and we want to include our departments, student organizations and all students to highlight the great things you are all doing.  If your organization would like to be a part of this event, please email me so I can add you to the diagram.  I will also need volunteers to assist with the set-up and breakdown.  I have included the timeline below.  I hope to see you all there!  Food and beverages are provided!


Saturday Homecoming Timeline

Set-up: 12-2pm

Official Homecoming Event: 2pm - 5:15pm

*EAA will be set up by 12pm serving light snacks and beverages for those who want to join us early*

Game time: 6pm
