[CCoE Notice] FY2019 Staff Council Scholarships & WGRC Scholarships

Staff Council is pleased to announce we are accepting the FY2019 scholarship applications for Rodger Peters Staff Scholarship, B. Renae Milton Students of Staff Scholarship, Staff Council Scholarship and Women and Gender Resource Center Scholarship.  The application is now available online<https://ssl.uh.edu/staff-council/scholarships/> and all is due on Friday, May 4, 2018.

The Rodger Peters Staff Scholarship provides one $2,500 scholarship award which will be awarded for two semesters at $1,250/semester at the University of Houston. The B. Renae Milton Students of Staff Scholarship provides one $500 scholarship to a University of Houston student who is a dependent of a University of Houston staff member.  See the B. The Women and Gender Resource Center provides five $1,000.00 scholarships and the Staff Council provides ten $1,000.00 scholarships to employees who plan to attend a degree-related or job-related academic credit class during the fall, spring or summer semesters at the University of Houston.
