Good morning,

I’m forwarding this email to inform you that this email is a legitimate email.  Moreover, the instructions to get to the training was not clear, so I wanted to clarify.  When you log onto P.A.S.S, you have to switch to “Employee Self Service” if you don’t have that as your default screen.  From there, you will see the training icon as mentioned.  The rest of the instructions are on point.

You recieved an email from the President regarding Sexual Misconduct Reporter/Title IX training. This mandatory employee training is part of the University of Houston System's sexual misconduct prevention and awareness campaign, Salutations.

To register for this training, please complete the following steps:
1.      Log into PASS
2.      Click on the "Training" icon
3.      Click "Request Training Enrollment" then select "Search by Course Number."
4.      From the list below, identify your area (the division you report under).
o    (EOS01) Administration and Finance (March 2- March 15)
o    (EOS02) Student Affairs (March 19-March 23)
o    (EOS03) Academic Affairs (All Faculty)/Provost (March 26- April 20)
o    (EOS03) President/Chancellor (March 26- April 20)
o    (EOS03) University Marketing (March 26- April 20)
o    (EOS04) Advancement (April 23- May 1)
o    (EOS04) Research (April 23- May 1)
5.      Enter the course number that corresponds with your area then press search.
o    For example, if you are a member of Academic Affairs (all faculty are), your course number is EOS03. Enter your unique course number here.
6.      Once the course details pop up, click "View available Sessions."
7.      Register for any available session.
8.      Click on the session number for any available training for your area. Press continue to confirm your selection then press submit. This action will complete your registration for this course.
9.      Complete the Pre-test (survey)

10. Attend the training.
o    Please remember that your attendance is mandatory and that the training will start on time. Late attendees will not receive credit for the course.
