[CCoE Notice] 2017 SECC Update

Dear Engineering Faculty and Staff,

Our goal this year is to raise $30,000 to support organizations that are making a difference in our community. I am excited to report the Cullen College of Engineering has reached 67% of its goal ($20,018), a 4,680 increase over last week!  Today is the last day to send reminders for SECC contributions officially, but if you miss this deadline, we will accept your donation until Tuesday, November 7.  Your generosity is very much appreciated and we can’t thank you enough for your support of the SECC. The Dean’s Office is still leading the way with $5,416 in donations. This could change as we have 7 more days after today to receive contributions!

If you misplaced your form, please contact your department coordinator or Sandra Sierra at 713-743-1045. The total contributions for each department are listed below. Please consider giving, if you have not done so already. Thank you.

[Image]The UH State Employee Charitable Campaign (SECC) is coming to a close.  Please consider making a voluntary contribution to worthy eligible charities. Return your completed pledge form with your check or your completed pledge form signed by you authorizing your payroll deduction to: The Office of Neighborhood and Strategic Initiatives, Mail Code: 2018 or to your College/Department Coordinator. Formal solicitation will end October 31, 2017. Unfortunately, cash is not accepted and you cannot give online. All pledges or checks should be dated October 31, 2017 or earlier.
