[CCoE Notice] Engineering Teaching Evaluations will be done online and in class

Engineering Faculty,
 As of Fall 2017 all Engineering Teaching Evaluations will be done online and in class.  Students will use their Cell phones, tablets or laptops to log into AccessUH to do their evaluations.  However to have a good responds for the evaluations you will need to treat it as you did the paper evaluations.  Faculty will select a Proctor to conduct the evaluations the last 10 to 15 minutes of class sometime during the dates listed on the website.

Fall 2017 – Monday, November 7 – Saturday, December 3
 Attached is a form with instructions for the Proctor on how to handle the TE online in class.  The form does Not need to be returned it is only a tool for the instructor and proctor.
If you need to have your evaluation different from what is listed please email the Evaluation Center your request 24 hours in advanced to mec at uh.edu<mailto:mec at uh.edu> .
 Note:  About 2 weeks after grades are posted you will be able to login to AccessUH, go to the Faculty area and print your own Teaching Evaluation report.
