[CCoE Notice] 1st Pan American Nanotechnology Conference: Shaping the Future

Come have a unique networking opportunity with Pan American researchers  (North, central and Latin America) working with nanomaterials and nanotechnology and also enjoy some free time in the white sands of the Brazilian beach. The closing ceremony will have a delicious typical Brazilian Barbecue with Samba and Capoieira show with poster and presentation awards.

A unique opportunity to network and have fun at the same time in Brazilian/Latin American style! :) We hope you will consider to participate.

This nanotechnology/nanomaterials conference will happen in a paradisiacal place in Brazil ( http:/www.panamericannano2017.com/) the week after Thanksgiving (Nov. 27th to Nov. 30th) that will cost you no more than regular conferences in USA (ACS, GRC, etc…).
In this conference the registration will cover ALL meals, hotel and shuttle (airport to/from hotel) for less than $1000.

You might still be thinking..."but international flights are too expensive!!" Well, you can get flights to Brazil (leaving Miami international for only $500 with the Brazilian Flight Carrier TAM).  Now, if you are still short in money…. We are giving two types of travel awards $1,000 (60 awards) and $2,000 (20 awards) since this conference is being supported by the National Science Foundation, SNO and other sponsors.

All you have to do to be considered for the award is to submit an abstract (for oral or poster presentation) by June 20th. Students, Postdocs and Professors living in US at all levels are welcomed to apply for our travel awards. Preference for the $2,000 awards will be given to students and Postdocs.
