Per my conversation with Tellepsen to reduce the amount time the water is off in the building, the water will be shut off at 3:00 AM to 9:00 AM, Tuesday, March 7, 2017. (notice to follow). This will allow for the 6hr water sampling mandate. Testing will begin at 9AM, March 7, 2017.

Please see the attached Domestic Water Flushing Procedure. This procedure includes the dates and time frames for each activity.
The contractor’s team will be onsite tomorrow morning to reintroduce the water softener and install the Penthouse hose bib manifold.
Thursday, the shock will be introduced and the building flush will begin.
Water sampling for analysis will take place on Monday, 3/6, and the testing will be expedited so that we can get a quick turnaround on the results.

Please see the 2 attached documents. The first is the complete water analysis as requested in the meeting that was held on 2/1/17. The second is a compliance report that compares the results to the EPA limits.
On the Compliance Report, pages 1-10 are the results from the Water Source. Pages 11-20 are the results from the Break Tank. Pages 21-30 are the results from the Farthest Domestic Water Point.
A quick summary of the results shows.
- Water Source
o Slightly high in Total Iron
o Slightly high in Turbidity
o Very low in Chlorine Residual
o Positive for Total Coliform
- Break Tank
o All results were within the EPA limits.
o Chlorine Residual fell within the limits.
- Furthest Domestic Water Point
o Slightly high in Total Lead
o High in Chloride
o Slightly high in Turbidity
o High in Total Dissolved Solids
o No Detected Chlorine Residual
o Positive for Total Coliform
