A heads up about the elevators in SERC, an outage notification is forthcoming.

Mark -

Thank you for calling this morning.  I have been able to confirm through the FIX-IT customer service call center that Roy Guerrero, lead elevator mechanic, came by this morning to SERC, worked on the elevator/s and has reported to call center that the elevators appear to both be out of operation indefinitely.

As I can get updates, I will forward them to you.  I would ask that you in turn keep me in the loop if you hear any current updates or changes.

I am asking elevator shop for an emergency outage notification for your building users.

More to come as I hear it.
