[CCoE Notice] Faculty Regalia

Good Morning,
Our Spring Convocation and University Commencement Ceremonies are approaching and we would like a high attendance from our faculty to show support to our students.  Please make every effort to attend each ceremony.  We will need to submit a regalia order and the University has requested a faculty head count for seating, so please submit your order to Brandon Green at bgreen3 at central.uh.edu<mailto:bgreen3 at central.uh.edu> by March 27, 2017 if you will be attending each ceremony. Friday, May 12, 2017 at 10 a.m. at TDECU Stadium

Cullen College of Engineering Spring ’17 Convocation
Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 2 p.m. at NRG Arena

I will need to know if you:
·        Are planning to attend the Spring ’17 Engineering Convocation ceremony.
·        Are planning to attend the Spring ’17 University Commencement ceremony.
·         Will need to rent regalia by March 27, 2017

If you need regalia, please check the spreadsheet (attached) to confirm the information.  Let me know if you need to make any corrections, otherwise I will use the same sizes listed.

If you have not ordered regalia before and need it, please provide the following information. Also, for your convenience, I have attached a hat size conversion chart to make it a little easier finding your hat/tam size.
