The last NSM Faculty Development Workshop of the spring semester is scheduled for Friday, April 28, from 11:30 am – 12:45 pm in M.D. Anderson Library, Room 306.  Lunch will be provided; please RSVP using the link below.  A flyer is attached.


Topic: “Understanding Our Students: Considerations and Best Practices for Developing an Inclusive Teaching Environment”

We will host a discussion of the challenges that students and faculty face in a multicultural university where many cultures, values, experiences, and privileges intersect. We will discuss effective teaching and classroom management strategies to fully meet the needs of all participants in our community.
