Subject: PLANNED WORK NOTIFICATION TAB Lab 206 4.13.17

UH vendor Engineered Air Balance (EAB) is performing Testing and Air Balancing (TAB) services related to the Lab 205 buildout this week.
Included in their scope is to re-test the Air Balancing in Lab 206.  EAB will need to have personnel (3-4 workers) with ladders, vent hoods, and testing equipment in Lab 206 throughout the day Thursday 4/13/17, testing and adjusting each air supply, air return, and above ceiling damper. They will carefully cover equipment with plastic sheet only as long as necessary. There may be minor interruption to student / faculty lab work while EAB accesses each location.

Please let me know ASAP if this will be OK with Lab 206 occupants.
