Your department’s CAPS liaison is Dr. Laura Frame, Ph.D. Your liaison can be reached at 713-743-5454 or via email.  We invite you to contact your liaison to consult if you have concerns about a student’s behavior, or if you need guidance regarding how to refer a student to CAPS.

If a student is experiencing a crisis situation and needs to speak with someone immediately, please have them contact CAPS at 713.743.5454 and they will be connected to the consultant on duty. If it is after business hours and they are in imminent crisis, please call 911 or CAPS at 713.743.5454 and they will be connected to the after-hours counselor.

Your liaison will be following up with you in the coming weeks by phone to see if you have any questions, and to arrange a visit with your department.
