[CCoE Notice] Reminder: Convocation & Commencement

Good Afternoon,

This is a friendly reminder that our Convocation is Friday, May 13 at 2 p.m.  If you are attending, please arrive at Yeoman Fieldhouse by 1:15 p.m. dressed in your regalia.  Refreshments will be served in the Life Member Room located in the Athletic Center beginning at 12:30 p.m.  You are welcome to get dressed in your regalia in the Melcher Board Room.  After the ceremony, you may return your rented regalia to me or Brandon Green, my co-coordinator, in Yeoman Fieldhouse or in my office located in the Dean’s Office, Room E421E.

Also, the University Commencement is on Saturday, May 14 at 7:00 p.m. at the TDECU Stadium.  A ticket will be required to enter the Stadium.  You can obtain a ticket from me.  My office is located in the Dean’s Office in E421E.  If you plan to attend, please arrive by 5:00 p.m. at the Band Hall in the Stadium dressed in your regalia.  There will be a reception at 5 p.m., the walk to the field begins at 6 p.m. and the processional begins at 7 p.m.  The faculty will sit on stage on the second tier behind the Platform Party.
