[CCoE Notice] MARCH 23rd REMINDER - Chevron Girl's Day - Volunteer / Outreach Meeting

Good Morning All,

The upcoming Chevron Girls Engineering the Future event is taking place on April 2, 2016 at the Cullen College of Engineering.  First and foremost, please accept my sincerest gratitude for every volunteer’s dedication and time to making this event a success.  This would not be possible without each of you.

Secondly, I want to inform you that there will be a meeting on March 23rd from 12-1pm in Room E321. During this meeting, we will discuss room assignments, touch base about supplies and generally just make sure we are all on the same page for the event. For those volunteering their time as a general volunteer, we will discuss where we will need you all.  This event will take a massive amount of help from volunteers so if you have a friend that may want to help, please bring them along.

In regards to supplies for the hands-on, please remember your group will be reimbursed for what you need for the activity.  Please prepare for 350 girls.

It is extremely important that at least one member of your group be present at this meeting!
There will also be pizza. :)
