Please see the attached outage request.  This is the same outage that was originally scheduled for last weekend.  The Contractor should have his ducks in a row and this one and we will verify early next week that this is the case.

We need a confirmation from one of you for each building that you are now aware of this outage and on behalf of the building users you understand the impact. From your perspective the outage notification process and distribution can continue.  This is the rescheduled electrical outage.

We would love to get replies as soon as possible so that we may send the official notification out quickly.

Please find attached an outage request for an electrical outage that affects a number of buildings on campus, including the construction trailer that support the Multi-disciplinary Research and Engineering Building (MREB), Building 484.  Please note that this is a re-scheduling of the 06/04/2016 electrical outage request that was cancelled due to the Contractor not being prepared.

This electrical outage is required in order to maintain the MREB building occupancy schedule.

The outage request is for Saturday, June 18, 2016 beginning at 7:00AM and lasting until 5:30PM

All buildings with the exception of MREB will experience a 1 to 5 minute momentary loss of power at the beginning and end of the outage.  The MREB construction trailers will be without power for the duration of the project.

I have copied the building's Building Coordinators on this request to give them a heads-ups on the request and impact to their building or project.

To mitigate the effects of the electrical outage, there will be support from the various Facility Services Shop to address issues.
