Subject: B825, ECFP - Fire Pump: Electrical Outage Kick-Off Meeting Update

All:

Please be advised that the planned electrical outage at the University's Sub-feeder 4 for the installation of the Engineering Complex Fire Pump project transformer on 04 Jun 2016 at 7:00AM has been cancelled.  A copy of the attendance list is attached.

The electrical outage has been cancelled as the Constructor and/or their subcontractors were not adequately prepared to conduct the installation.

Numerous questions remained on the outage including but not limited to:

*         Wire

*         Connections

*         The internals of the electrical box to be tied into

The electrical outage will be scheduled at a later date, but as soon as possible.

I apologize for the inconvenience that this aborted electrical outage has caused.
