The next NSM Faculty Development Workshop is scheduled for Friday, August 26, from Noon – 1 pm in MD Anderson Library, Room 306.  Brown bag lunch.  A flyer is attached.

Topic: “Academic Honesty: Prevention and Consequences”

Presenter:
Dr. Ian Evans
Associate Dean for Undergraduate Studies
UH College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics

This will be an open round-table discussion on academic honesty issues. Dr. Evans will review the process for reporting cases and the student appeals process. Participants will share their methods for preventing academic dishonesty problems and their experiences in this area.
