CRAWFISH BOIL VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

The OTC Crawfish Boil will take place on May 1st in Lynn Eusan Park here on campus from 1-5pm.  This event is a huge contributor to scholarships for the engineering college and we depend heavily on our staff and students to fill the volunteer needs for this event.

Please use the link below with the password to sign up yourself or student organization members for one of the listed volunteer spots.  It is essential that all registered volunteers show up for their shift, so if you aren’t sure if you will be absolutely able to attend, please do not register.  If something comes up the day of and you are unable to make it, please find someone to take your place.

Engineering Staff, if you have cash handling training and would like to volunteer for the registration booth, please contact me directly.  We absolutely could use you to take money from those buying tickets at the door.
