[CCoE Notice] Introducing Weekly Updates to the Engineering Student Listserv

We hope everyone's semester is off to a great start!
We are happy to announce that the Engineering Office of Communications is introducing a new internal email system. In an effort to cut down on the volume of emails our students receive, we will be introducing weekly email updates to the student listserv.
At the beginning of each week, we will send an email to students containing all of the announcements received during the previous week.
If you have an upcoming event, seminar or other announcement you would like to share with the Cullen College student community, you may submit your announcement by emailing me at nhthayer at uh.edu<mailto:nhthayer at uh.edu>.  Please be sure to include all important information along with the description, such as the time, date and location. Please note that we will no longer accept emailed attachments; however, you may include images by copying and pasting them into the body of your email. We've also attached a PDF with submission instructions here for quick reference.
We hope that this method helps provide easier access to information to our students and we appreciate your understanding as we transition to this new system. Please feel free to contact me at nhthayer at uh.edu<mailto:nhthayer at uh.edu> with any questions or feedback about this!
