Please see the proposed road closure announcement. This will close the approach road to the Engineering 1 loading dock for one Saturday and will affect parking on the west side of the building.

See below and attached.  We are needing to close the access road between MREB and Cemo in 2 weeks, 11/21-22.  I’ve asked the Fire Marshal if we can remove the bollards in the fire lane between CBB and the Central Plant, so that can be used for emergency access and FedEx/UPS if necessary.

Are any of you expecting any other kind of delivery over this weekend that we may need to work around?  Any other issues with this closure?

Please see the attached outage notification for a full road closure during the weekend of 11/21-11/22. This was discussed in the last OAC meeting and date was chosen based on the University of Houston football schedule. The work being conducted includes setting a mobile crane on the road/our jobsite and lift the rooftop ductwork and gravity hoods. The closure is being requested for the full weekend because our plan is to leave the mobile crane in place overnight until all of the picks are complete due to the time it takes to mobilize/demobilize. Please pass along to the UH FMO and advise of any additional measures that need to be taken by Tellepsen Builders.
