[CCoE Notice] Reminder: Students Uploading into Bb Today

Dear Engineering Faculty Using Blackboard This Fall,

The process of uploading students into Blackboard course sites has begun.  Enrolled students will be able to see any content in your course site if they login.

If you do not want students to see your course site at this time, you may make it "unavailable" by following these steps:


1.       Login to BbLearn coursesite;
2.       Under Control Panel, click Customization;
3.       Click Properties;
4.       #2. Set Availability;  "Make Course Available?", select "No";

5.          Click Submit.
When you are ready for your students to have access to your course content, repeat the steps and select "Yes".

NOTE:  Petroleum Engineering and Subsea Engineering Blackboard course sites have already been made "unavailable" and will be made available on August 24th.
