[CCoE Notice] Crawfish Boil Cash Handling Volunteers

Happy Friday All!

We have three volunteer spots remaining for the crawfish boil on May 3rd.  We are looking for volunteers who have taken both credit card trainings (SF 1507 & 1509) to run credit cards at the registration booth.

If you can volunteer your time, it would be greatly appreciated!  Please see the previously sent email below with the time schedule.

The 27th Annual Offshore Industry Crawfish Boil will be taking place on May 3rd from 1-5pm.

This year, we are looking for volunteers to work the registration table assisting with credit card purchases for tickets.  If you have taken the necessary training courses for using a UH credit card machine and cash handling and would like to work one of the volunteer shifts, your help would be greatly appreciated. You would also be given access to the event as a Thank You for volunteering your time.

Please let me know if you would be willing to help and the time frame you would be available to help between 12-5.  I will put together a schedule based on that.
