Reggie-Thank you. Please send meeting invites for the tentative times and days for each building so that everyone will have for their calendars. Due to the continuous flow requirement, I would allow 20-25 minutes per counter/wall mount eyewash, and 30-40 minutes per combo unit. For your reference, I have attached a schedule indicating all the units and their locations; this should help you gage a tentative timeframe as you coordinate with your schedule availability. As stated previously, testing will proceed until complete. Below is a list of contacts who will need to be included on the meeting invites (they are also included on this email).

**Building Managers - Please notify your building occupants that testing will be in progress over the next couple of weeks. There are (3) buildings that will require specific room access (reference attachment); please be sure to notify these professors and researchers as well. If the dates that Reggie Greff sends interfere with classes/events/research, please notify me immediately so we can arrange a better time. Also, please be assured that the contractor will wipe up any water from the floors and/or counters after each unit is tested.

Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me immediately.

All,

I have not received a response nor confirmation of the Inspection Request to begin inspecting the new emergency eyewashes and showers on Monday, September 8, 2014. We would like to start in SR1. If EHS is not available for this, please respond with the earliest available date.

This request is not to be confused with the most recent and single inspection at Room 307.

All,

I know it has been hectic for your group with the stadium work. We would like to begin testing flow rates for the new emergency eyewashes and showers beginning on Monday, September 8, 2014. Due to the quantity and test requirements, total duration may take up to 3 weeks depending on schedules and availability. I have formally requested this through the EHS website, but I would like to get an idea if this date is realistic for you.
