A heads up about a forthcoming fire alarm test on Friday.

Subject: Annual Fire alarm Inspections @ Engineering D2 Building 581

Ken,
On Friday between 6:30 AM & 7:00 AM we are going to set off the fire alarm at this time the strobes are going to be flashing and the speakers are going to be playing the audio message. We need to check every device to make sure they are  working. At this time the occupants don't have to exit the building because it is only a test. We will make announcement that we are testing the fire alarm system and post sign at each entrance of the building.
