[CCoE Notice] Weather Advisory

A general announcement will be sent this afternoon to Faculty, Staff, and Students, as well as posted on the UH web site, advising the UH community to use wise judgment insofar as deciding whether or not to venture out on the roads tomorrow morning. Please inform your colleges and departments to be alert to updates.
 
At 6:00 a.m. tomorrow, the UH Emergency Management Team will be conferencing to make a decision regarding classes according to the following three options (listed in order of least restrictive to most restrictive), depending on weather conditions, as well as on what city officials and local schools have decided to do:
 
1.    Classes will be held with liberal attendance policies;
2.    Classes will be delayed by x hours; or
3.    Classes will be cancelled.
 
Once that decision has been made, the UH community will be informed in addition to Houston area media outlets.
