[CCoE Notice] More phishing alerts

Good morning,
Here is more phishing email alerts.  Thank you to all those who have been forwarding suspicious emails to me before acting on those emails.

Classic phishing email.
Tips:
-Do you know this person sdavenport at dillard.edu<mailto:sdavenport at dillard.edu>?  If not, this is a red flag.
                -even if you know this person, is he the email administrator for your email accounts?  If not, this is another red flag
-Subject line: from the administrator: red flag!!!
-The link to "expand" your mailbox is supposedly going to w ww.i-m.co.  Are you affiliated with that website at all?  If not, red flag.
-If you are unsure of the link, hover the cursor over the link, but do not click on it, to reveal the true destination.  In this case, the destination is the same as the link, but you are still not affiliated with w ww.i-m.co
-Your UH Exchange email is managed by UIT.  They usually contact us first if something is wrong with your email account.  When your mailbox is full, you get an automated email stating so, but no such link to increase your mailbox quota.  You will NEVER click on a link to increase your UH mailbox quota.
-there are grammatical errors in the email.
-Your UH email quota is NOT 00.1GB (100MB)
-You can always check with w ww.uh.edu/infotech/phishing to see if this email (or others like it) have been reported as phishing scams already or not.  If not, you can forward the email to security at uh.edu<mailto:security at uh.edu> to let UIT know of its existence.
