No, it's not. When hovering your cursor over the suggested link (http://uh-edu.webs.com/) the website points to a uh-edu.webs.com website, which is not a UH website. All legitimate UH websites end in uh.edu, regardless if the beginning may suggest. In this case, the website points to t webs.com page.
Also, please remember that a legitimate UH email administrator will hardly contact you. They usually go through us so we can work with you regarding major email issues. Furthermore, it is unlikely for you to have to click on a link to verify/maintain your email status with the university.
