NSF LIMITATION - "Only one (1) proposal may be submitted by a US academic institution, College/Department of Engineering or College/Department of Engineering Technology as the lead institution with the following exception: A US academic institution may submit a second proposal as the lead institution, only if it is focused on the societal, ethical, economic and/or environmental issues relevant to nanotechnology."

UH LIMITED SUBMISSION COMPETITION SCHEDULE and INSTRUCTIONS:

-          DESIGNATE YOUR INTENT for ONE of the TWO POSSIBLE UH SLOTS:  #1) Focus on nanoscale engineering education with relevance to devices and systems and/or #2) Focus on the societal, ethical, economic and/or environmental issues relevant to nanotechnology (See attached solicitation for detail)

-          BY 3/18/2013, EMAIL to Dr. Brooke Gowl, bagowl at uh.edu<mailto:bagowl at uh.edu>, your Abstract, Biosketch, Current/Pending Support

-          BY 3/26/2013, DOR will notify all applicants of the recipients for these two slots
