[CCoE Notice] NOVA Casting Call: Secret Lives of Scientists/Engineers

Dear Cullen College Faculty Members,

The Engineering Office of Communications would love to pitch some of our amazing faculty members to the NOVA series "Secret Life," which has profiled 16 scientists who have fascinating lives both inside and outside of the lab. More information can be found at http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/nova/secretlife/blog/2013/06/12/casting-countdown-begins-2-weeks-cast-new-season-s/.

For example, an episode in the last season of "Secret Life" profiled a female scientist who urges more women to consider STEM careers. Another episode from last season profiled a climbing prodigy and amputee who creates his own bionic limbs.
