Abstract
With the widespread use of cellular telephony there are health issues and solutions that electrical and computer engineers need to be aware of and also for the public to know and understand. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has been asked to consider raising the limit on cell phone radiation; the Government Accountability Office would like to consider updating the standard that limits the amount of radiation a cell phone can emit.
