[CCoE Notice] Outage request

I have not heard from anyone about potential problems during the proposed outage this Saturday, so I will let the Project Manager know to proceed with the outage notification.  I would suggest that, if possible, to turn off computers on the fourth floor. This will help prevent any possible heat build-up that might adversely affect them.

Subject: Outage request

The contractor working on Dr. Yao's Lab in W449 in Engineering Building 2 are getting ready to install the new roof mounted air handler.  They are asking for utility outage on the fourth floor only, this Saturday, April 27.  The chilled water (not domestic) will be off, as well as the fourth floor air handler.  This means no heating or cooling for the fourth floor.

Please let me know at your earliest convenience is this creates a problem for anyone.
