[CCoE Notice] FW: Clarification On New Procedures for Room Reservation Request(s) Fall 2012

To all Faculty and Staff:



The Room Reservation Form attached is only to be used if you are in need of a classroom for organizational meetings, study groups, seminars, research groups, final exams, make up classes or anything outside of the regular Fall Class Schedule. Prior to July 1, 2012, Mr. Kenneth Garcia handled these reservations. At this time Ms. Demetria Harris is processing these requests. Ms. Lesley Sisk handles all Fall Class Schedules. So if there are any questions or concerns about Fall Class schedules (i.e. room locations etc..) those should be directed to Ms. Sisk and any questions pertaining to reservations outside of Fall Class Schedule should be directed to Ms. Harris.
