To all Faculty and Staff:



New Procedures for Room Reservation Request(s) Beginning July 1, 2012

1.       ALL REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING to DEMETRIA HARRIS. You can submit the request electronically to drharris at uh.edu<mailto:drharris at uh.edu> or in person. We are located in the office of Engineering Undergraduate Programs, Engineering Building #2, E316 on 3rd floor.  Please leave with front desk student assistant or in my mailbox located on corner of my desk.



2.       You can print out form online at the following link: https://www.egr.uh.edu/intranet/ . Cougarnet login is required. Bypass security certificate warning.

Username: cougarnet/(name)
Password: (cougarnet password)


3.       Request submitted before the official day of record will not be processed until after the 12th class day in Fall/Spring and after the 4th class day in Summer. No exceptions; this is a university policy.


4.       Please allow 3-5 days for processing. You will receive an email response with confirmation of room request and date. If there are any issues or concerns with the request you will also receive a phone message or email prior to the date of room request.



5.       Please try to submit request at least 4-6 weeks in advance of event to prevent unavailability of room. Emergency situations will be handled on a case by case situation and if room availability is possible.
