Today, I clarified that the University of Houston *does* qualify as an
underutilized university (UU)…..even thought when I called them on January
4, they told me they had sent this to us in error……****

So, to clarify, I am attaching all of the information that was received
regarding the underutilized university, which we do qualify for……in
separate emails, I will provide the folders for the “regular” TXDOT RFP’s
and for their new initiative “Strategic Research Program Initiative”.****
