[CCoE Notice] Emergency maintenance for College Data storage systems in ECC

I was informed by Dell this morning that there is a very urgent firmware update for the College
Equallogic storage arrays in the ECC.

This system provides the primary storage for all our VMware systems as well as a large portion of
the home directories for our Linux users.

I have assembled the needed software and will begin installation after 12 pm.  In order to upgrade
the firmware, I will need to shutdown all the systems that use the storage array.  This includes the
College webpages, print services through Bluejay and EngrPharos and Windows applications on Apps-1. 

Service should be restored by 4pm.
