[CCoE Notice] ELECTRICAL SERVICE INTERRUPTION NOTIFICATION

On Saturday, August 18, 2012, there was a storm that passed through the
area and caused electrical outages.  The service interruption was traced to
spike on the 138KV side of the network upstream of the substation which
caused the buildings to roll over to their secondary feeders.    Facilities
Management (Electrical team) has currently been on campus assessing the
service interruption and performing repairs to restore power.****

*Athletic/Alumni*

*Engineering 1&2,*

*Hilton Hotel*

*Calhoun Lofts*

*Architecture*

*Optometry*

*Krost Hall*

*Wortham Theater*

 ****

At 4:45 p.m. Facilities Management Electrical team has checked all
buildings on campus and has confirmed that all buildings have power.  While
some of the buildings are on the secondary feeder, the team will ensure
that the buildings are put back on their primary feeder. ****
